So, an update is in order.
I must say this whole Edinburgh thing is pretty expensive. I hope it lives up to my expectations and more. I think it will.
In the past few weeks, I had to spend £380 to get into the official Fringe programme. That's nice. A professional programme that includes our show! Very exciting.
I have also arranged accommodation. It will be £400 a week and I'll be staying two weeks. I had to send off £400 as a deposit last week, which has duly arrived in Scotland. So...an expensive week then.
I also travelled to London the other day with Sophie, to do our Edinburgh photo shoot. Wearing balaclavas by the South Bank reported in the Shell Headquarters security guard asking what we were doing, closely followed by the South Bank security. Fantastic. Thankfully, they were happy with our story.
The images will be used for a press release and also (perhaps) on flyers, along with our logo, which I created with Greg. He's really helping us out, which is very nice of him.
So that's that really in terms of an update. I'm still busy writing lots of sketches for the show. Some good, some not so good. Eventually we shall have a workable few which fit the 45 minute slot. So, there we are.
