The application has been sent off and I am awaiting a reply. If we get the go ahead then...well...Charm Offensive is go!
I still need to buy a diary to record everything as I do it and be a bit more organised. I suppose I'll do that tomorrow.
I'm also thinking of changing the name of the show to Charm/Offensive as that is kind of how it'll be publicised. We shall see!

An application and a sketch
So today I have written up the application form. Plans permitting, I hope to send it off tomorrow. Eek. I don't know why I am so nervous...it should be fine.
So tomorrow I plan to haul in my partner in crime, performance terrorist numero deux, Sophie the Incredible, to peruse the application with me, making it completely perfect. And then we shall send it off along with a few supporting bits, including a few sketches from the script.
To give you some idea of what the sketches are like, today I have come up with an idea to do with internet grooming and all the humour related therein. We shall see.
Hopefully the application will be accepted and then we are go! And I shall be about £400 lighter. Excellent.

Meanwhile, in the upcoming days I hope to apply to the free fringe by means of an application form.
Genius.
I need to cobble together a few of the planned sketches also. Just to see what it's looking like at present.
Excellent.

Welcome
This blog has been set up for me to keep track of all my goings on with regards to getting a show to Edinburgh Fringe!
Wish me luck!
I will be performing with my friend Sophie, under the moniker of 'Performance Terrorists' and our show will be called Charm Offensive.
More to follow as it begins to take shape, as I am yet to apply...
